ઉનાળામાં કરો ત્વચા ની રક્ષા આ ૧૦ ટીપ્સ સાથે

ધોમ ધકતા તડકા સાથેનો  ભારતીય ઉનાળો ટૂંક સમયમાં આવી રહ્યો છે  અને જો તમે યોગ્ય કાળજી ન લો  તો તે તમારી ચામડી પર ખૂબ કઠોર બની શકે છે. આપણી  ચામડીમાં મેલાનિન નામના રંગદ્રવ્યનો સમાવેશ થાય છે અને સૂર્ય ના ખૂબ વધારે સંપર્કમાં આવવાથી વધુ મેલનિન ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે. આ કારણે લાંબા સમય સુધી તાપમાં રહેવાથી તમારી ત્વચાના રંગમાં ફેરફાર થઈ શકે છે અને તે ચામડીના અકાળ વૃદ્ધત્વનું પણ કારણ બની શકે છે. તેથી, તમારા કપડાની જેમ, તમારી ત્વચાની સાર સંભાળ માં  પણ ઋતુ મુજબ ફેરફાર કરવો પડે.     ઉનાળાને હરાવવા આ  10 સૂચનો છે ૧. 10 થી  3 વાગ્યા સુધી તાપમાં જવાનું  ટાળો. આ કલાકો દરમિયાન તાપ  સૌથી તીવ્ર હોય છે, તેથી બહાર ખૂબ જરૂરી હોય તો  જ જાવવુ . જો તમે આ કલાકો દરમિયાન બહાર હોવ તો, છત્રી , સનસ્ક્રીન, ફેસ માસ્ક, હેન્ડ માસ્ક અને હેલ્મેટ (2 વ્હીલરના કિસ્સામાં) નો ઉપયોગ કરો, ડૂપત્તા ખૂબ જ પાતળા હોય છે, તેઓ તમને અલ્ટ્રા વાયલેટ કિરણોથી રક્ષણ નહીં આપે. ૨. સનસ્ક્રીનનો ઉપયોગ કરો જ્યારે બહાર જાવ લઘુત્તમ SPF 30 અને PA ++  સુનસ્ક્રીન નો ઉપયોગ કરો. સૂર્યના સંસર્ગનાં  15-20 મિનિટ પહેલાં સનસ્ક્રીન લગાવું. તમાર

The hot Indian summer is just around the corner and it can be pretty harsh on your skin if you don't take proper care. Our skin contains a pigment called melanin and too much exposure to sun (and the UV ultraviolet rays) causes more melanin to be produced. This is why a prolonged stay under the direct sun can cause a change in your skin colour and it can also cause premature ageing of skin.                 Being a 90’s kid, I grew up watching that cute pug Cheeka following a kid with that tagline ‘ wherever you go our network follows ’ .  Those were the days of Hutch, a fresh breath of change from the sarkaari and not so fashionable BSNL and MTNL, and I wanted a Hutch connection just for the sake of that pug.                                  I got my first mobile during my 1 st year of MBBS, and it was a VGA camera LG CDMA mobile with a Reliance connection.
